weird romantic things are happening. i can't even mention them for fear of various jinxings, but it's very curious and nice, like sugar and spice.

Out of nowhere she writes,

"In case you were wondering, I would completely sleep with you. Duh."

I got that flattered blushing-in-the-face look after that one. I almost feel handsome, which I haven't felt in a very long time.

Today I went the whole 9 yards with cleaning, organizing, and tidying up in general. Things look and smell nice. I might go to the store and celebrate with a book and a movie.

Trips this year:

a) Chicago, for Valentine's Day
b) Bull Shoals lake, Arkansas at the end of April, to go fishing with my dad
c) Las Vegas, to visit my brother
d) Possibly the west coast, more the Oregon/Washington region rather than California
e) The long-delayed trip to NYC
f) Europe?
